stage two - weighing out the waxStage two of the production process is weighing out the wax needed to make one candle. In order to do this you will need a set a scales and bags to put the wax into. Once the equipment is ready put a handful of wax into a bag and measure the bag, add/take out wax until the bag weighs 380 grams.

stage three - sticking the wicks in the jarsStage three of the production process is sticking the candle wicks into the mason jars. in order to do this you will have to rip the sticker off the bottom of the wicks and carefully place them in the centre of the mason jars. The double sided sticky tape on the bottom of the wicks will hold it in place while you apply the wax.
|
stage four - melting and pouring the waxStage four of the production process is melting the wax. In order to do this you will need at least one sauce pan and access to a hob. Place the wax into a saucepan and leave to melt. Stir the wax every so often and when the wax is completely melted add the scent. Once the scent has been added pour the now liquid wax into one of the mason jars and leave to cool.

stage five - decorating the jarsStage five is the final stage in the production process, now that the candles are made you must make the jars more appealing. We here at Aroma used ribbon and labels. To do this you need 84mm of ribbon per candle, tie the ribbon around the jar and complete with a bow. You can see what the finished product should look like on the right.
